Who and when ?

Over 75’s – You should have already been contacted by your doctor and received a letter, however, you don’t need the letter to book your vaccination date.

Under 75’s and High Risk Group – You should make an appointment first with your doctor in order to get a prescription for the vaccination.

65-74 – During February, we should see the vaccination programme expanding to this age range.

How do I book my appointment ?

There are a few means of booking your appointment which mean you aren’t reliant on the telephone which some maybe happy about !

What will I need ?

You will be required to bring your ID with you and to complete a health questionnaire before the vaccination and also a consent form.
In case of any side-effects, you will need to stay at the centre for 15 minutes afterwards.

What Happens afterwards ?

You will require your second dose between 3 and 6 weeks from the first.  It is best to make the appointment immediately after your first dose to ensure you get a slot within the correct time-frame.
