Over 75’s – You should have already been contacted by your doctor and received a letter, however, you don’t need the letter to book your vaccination date.
Under 75’s and High Risk Group – You should make an appointment first with your doctor in order to get a prescription for the vaccination.
65-74 – During February, we should see the vaccination programme expanding to this age range.
How do I book my appointment ?
There are a few means of booking your appointment which mean you aren’t reliant on the telephone which some maybe happy about !
or of course by phone 0800 009 110
What will I need ?
You will be required to bring your ID with you and to complete a health questionnaire before the vaccination and also a consent form.
In case of any side-effects, you will need to stay at the centre for 15 minutes afterwards.
What Happens afterwards ?
You will require your second dose between 3 and 6 weeks from the first. It is best to make the appointment immediately after your first dose to ensure you get a slot within the correct time-frame.
